Education

NCGR has an educational and workforce development mission, preparing students at all levels of education for high tech careers. Each summer we run an intensive bioinformatics internship through which we have trained over two hundred students in the latest computational methods for studying genes and genomes, and reached more than 2000 K-12 students via various outreach activities. NCGR is committed to growing and keeping talent in New Mexico.
